Most acquirers tell you what they believe. These are the six things we do: the work that begins the day after the close, and continues as long as we own the company together.

Team searches, run from our office.

Technicians, CFOs, COOs, admins. We open the rolodex, run the search, and bring a short list of vetted candidates. Management picks the team and we make the candidate flow part of the partnership.

02 we disagree

Push-back is a feature, not a side effect.

If we think a plan is wrong, you'll hear that early, in private. Honest counsel is worth more than agreeable counsel. We've been right; we've been wrong; in both cases, we've said so.

03 we answer

Direct line. Same number, every time.

We're a small firm by design. Our team members answer their own phones. Calls happen at midnight, on holidays, during family dinners. If it's important to you, it's critical to us.

04 we acquire

Add-on M&A, with the binder work on us.

When a partner company sees an add-on opportunity, we do the sourcing, diligence, structuring, and integration support. The company chooses the target and the terms; we carry the load that would otherwise pull their team off the business.

05 we connect

The network is part of the partnership.

Sitting CEOs, sector specialists, technical operators, customers, recruiters. They take our calls; they will take yours. Introductions inside twenty-four hours when the need is real.

06 we hold

No exit. No clock. The most important commitment on the page.

The seat at the cap table is held for the rest of the company's useful life. There is no fund cycle, no obligated sale, no secondary buyer waiting in the wings. Permanence is the structure, not a posture.
